buyaspanishhome.com hereafter known as BASH, acts only as a
referral agency passing on client details from people who have chosen to
contact us directly. We cannot be held responsible for any contracts legal
or otherwise between clients and any company or individual, which we are
asked to introduce the individual to in good faith.
BASH cannot be
held responsible if when a potential purchaser actually sees a property,
which has been advertised, on our web site it does not match the
description, price, location or photographs used in the advert.
Additionally BASH cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred, by
potential purchasers who having travelled to or stayed in Spain or
Portugal at their own cost to inspect or purchase a property advertised on
our web site find it not to be as advertised. We strongly advise any
individual who is considering purchasing property in Spain or Portugal, to
take independent legal and financial advice prior to signing any legally
binding contracts.
Advertised rented property, BASH
cannot be held responsible if when a person or persons rents a property
from an advert on our web site later finds the property, does not match
the description, price or photographs used in the advert. Additionally
BASH cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred, by a person or
persons who travelled to Spain or Portugal to rent a property advertised on our web site
find it not to be as advertised.
In no event shall BASH be liable
for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential
damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages
for loss, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or
performance of the service or related web sites, with the delay or
inability to use the service or related web sites, the provision of or
failure to provide services, or for any information, services and related
graphics obtained through the service, or otherwise arising out of the use
of the service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict
liability or otherwise.
Indemnification.
You agree
to indemnify and hold BASH, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to
or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Service.
Requests for
further information.
We
at BASH will only store information supplied to us, in
response to our web site, via e-mail or request for
further information Performa i.e. name, address and phone number or e-mail
address, for a period of one month. Storage will be by electronic means
only, this is to ensure no details are lost when transferred to our agents
in Spain or other suitable contacts that we feel are able to provide the
information or services which have been requested. After 30 days all
information will be deleted from our electronic storage systems.
We will endeavour to transfer requests for further
information to our agents in Spain or other suitable contacts that we feel

as quickly as possible. We will not under any circumstance pass on
client's personal information to any other organisation.
As a mater of courtesy we
at BASH will not re-contact any person or persons unless they specifically request us to do so.
Viewing / Inspection Visit
Requests.
Subsidised viewing /
inspection visits are offered on the understanding that all requests are
passed directly on to the relevant offering company. All offers of free or
discounted accommodation and flight or other services, are being
offered directly by one of our agents and not BASH. All requests are
forwarded on the understanding that any agreements, are made between the
individual and the company offering the viewing / inspection visit. BASH
cannot accept any responsibility for any offers of free or discounted
accommodation and flights or any other offers or services offered, as all
agreements made between the individual and offering company.
Free
Car Rental Offer
This offer is on conditional that we receive conformation of a property
sale through buyaspanishhome.com from the relevant agent in Spain. BASH will only pay for a weeks car rental costs for a Ford Ka or
equivalent from carjet.com on the condition that the car is rented for a
Spanish location only. We will pay only the current weekly
rate, this does not include any additional extras or petrol. The offer is
on condition that it is understood the rental agreement is between the
property purchaser and carjet.com not buyaspanishhome.com. BASH cannot be
held responsible for any dealings the individual has with carjet.com. We retain the right to alter or cancel this offer at
any time.
Company Advertisers
We offer a range of
options from page top mini banners, block adverts to integrated web
pages. All at reasonable rates. Companies
whishing to advertise on buyaspanishhome.com should contact us at adverts@buyaspanishhome.com BASH
will accept adverts from companies on the understanding that we retain the
right to remove adverts should we receive complaints about the
product being advertised, under these circumstances no refund of fees will
be given to the advertising company.
Private advert ; advertisers
BASH will for a
pre-agreed fee, provide sufficient space in the private advert section of
our web site for up to 150 words of text and one customer supplied picture
(additional photographs can be added to the advert at a fixed fee per
picture). It should be noted that the one fee covers the advertising of
only one property.
We agree to
place the advert on the understanding that the content of the advert is an
accurate description of the property being advertised. Should it come to
our attention that this is not the case or that the advertisement is
either not genuine or not a private advert we reserve the right to remove
any advert without further notice to the advertiser. Under these
conditions no refund will be given to the advertiser.
BASH cannot
be held responsible for any communication in any form (i.e. phone e-mail
or post) to or from the advertisers or potential purchaser which is a
direct result of the advert being placed on our web site.
As all
communication is directly between the advertiser and potential purchasers
BASH cannot be held responsible for any contracts or deals which have been
agreed between the advertiser and any potential purchaser. We strongly
advise seeking independent legal advice prior to signing any legally
binding contract when selling or buying a property.

used within this web site is to be treated as a guide to buying property
in Spain or Portugal only. No responsibility can be accepted by BASH
should any of the information be incorrect or untrue.
All pictures and text, which are not owned by BASH, are used
in the belief that they are copyright free or used with the owner's
permission. Should this not be the case BASH will remove the material or
alternatively if the owner prefers a recognition credit will be attached.
